Who we are:

The SIP GmbH is based in Dresden, the center of the so-called “Silicon Saxony” with hundreds of relevant companies in the semiconductor industry, such as chip producers, suppliers, service providers, universities and research institutes.

Although rooted in the region, we operate nationally and internationally – with a focus on Europe and the USA.

The company was founded in 2010 by managing directors Bernd Vollmer and Ernst-Günter Mohr. Both are equipped with decades of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

SIP GmbH maintains a unique and independent network of more than 60 experienced semiconductor experts and managers to provide our global customers with a comprehensive, competent, flexible and fast service.

Depending on the required skills and personnel resources, the partners are involved in the projects or can take over the content of the projects.

What we do:

SIP GmbH provides independent technology services to the semiconductor industry and semiconductor-related industries, such as MEMS and optoelectronics industry. Our range of services includes classic consulting and personnel services, as well as operational support for customized and complex issues in your house.

Our customer base includes the “big players” of the semiconductor industry (e.g., ASML, Qualcom, Globalfoundries, Infineon, X-Fab and others) as well as SMEs and research institutes (eg Fraunhofer Institute).
